Engaging Workshops (half and full-day options)
Our workshops position participants as active learners. As they are pressed to collaboratively and thoughtfully generate mathematics, participants grow their understanding of concepts, while experiencing highly effective, research-supported instructional practices.
Through our partnership programs, we help individual schools and districts create and sustain professional learning communities that focus on shifting the all too common view of math as a "school subject" to recognizing math as an academic discipline. Being members of these highly engaging professional learning communities, teachers experience a unique math learning paradigm. And from their experience, teachers develop a new, more positive relationship with mathematics, allowing them the confidence to provide richer, more authentic math learning in their classrooms.
